In terms of Section 11 of the Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), Energy Exchange of Southern Africa Proprietary Limited (registration number 2017/220907/07) (“EXSA”) hereby notifies all members of the public in the Republic of South Africa that an application for an electricity import and export licence has been lodged with the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA).
